Parents are strongly cautioned.

R   

Restricted. No one under the age of 17 is admitted unless accompanied by an adult guardian 21 years of age or older. Picture ID is required for anyone who appears to be under the age of 25. *No children 5 years of age or under will be admitted to an “R” rated film at any time.

NC-17   

Absolutely no one under the age of 17.

TICKETING

UNDER the age of 2 – No charge. (Child must share seat. Child cannot take up their own seat)

Child ticketing – 2-11

Adult ticketing – 12-61

Senior ticketing – 62 and up

Matinee shows are all shows before 5:30 P.M.

Refunds given up to 20 minutes after scheduled show time or at a manager’s discretion. All refunds must be done in person at the theatre. Keep your ticket stubs. That is your proof of purchase.

Booking Fee – There is a $1.50 booking fee per ticket when ordering online. Loyalty card members booking fee is waived. Booking fee is non-refundable.

Showtimes are subject to change as circumstances dictate.

Military, police, fire personnel, (Retired, Active, & Veterans) and their immediate family members will receive a discounted movie ticket. Valid U.S. military/police/fire picture ID is required. Immediate family members include the following: mother, father, son, daughter, brother, and sister. Additional fees will be applied for 3D, DBOX, and Grand DLX. Military/police/fire personnel discounted tickets must be purchased in the theatre at the Box Office.)

GENERAL POLICIES

Cell phones – Must be turned off during the movie. Cell phone brightness and noise are a distraction to others. At the manager’s discretion, patrons may be asked to leave without a refund.

Outside food and drink are not permitted in the auditoriums. Theatre personnel have the right to refuse entry to any individual who attempts to bring in food and drink that is not purchased at the cinema.

Bags – While we generally prefer that our guests leave large bags, backpacks, packages and the like in their vehicles, we appreciate that sometimes these items are necessary. We reserve the right to search certain items prior to admission, including backpacks, laptop cases, suitcases, and other large packages. We also reserve the right to prohibit any such items on a case-by-case basis.

Costumes that make other guests feel uncomfortable, including face masks and fake weapons, will not be permitted.

Restrooms are available for same-day ticket holders.

Arcade area is available for same-day ticket holders.

Crying babies – We respectfully request parents to remove their babies or noisy children from the auditorium. If a circumstance requires the family to leave, a refund will gladly be given.

Lost and found – We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or left on property. Please see an employee for lost and found items.

Recording devices – Video cameras or any other recording device is strictly prohibited. It is a crime to copy a film using a recording device in a movie theatre. Violators are subject to arrest and prosecution.

Weapons – No guns, knives, or weapons (real or fake) are allowed on the premises. Violators are subject to arrest.

Entrance – Guests are only permitted entrance to the presentation that is printed on their admittance stub.

Service and support pets permitted. All others will be asked to leave.

RULES OF CONDUCT

  • No smoking and/or vaping anywhere in the building.
  • No throwing or kicking objects
  • No standing or climbing on seats
  • No abusive or vulgar language
  • No disorderly conduct
  • Alcohol may be consumed at our Littleton, MA location when purchased at the Backstage Lounge. Alcohol purchase and consumption requires valid ID and must be consumed moderately. Public intoxication will not be permitted.
  • No possession or use of drugs
  • No public indecency
  • No threatening or demoralizing patrons or employees with words or actions
  • No distracting behavior
  • No fighting
  • No loitering
  • No rough play
  • No disruptive behavior

Patrons may be asked to leave without a refund for conduct deemed unacceptable by management.
