Each public birthday party requires a minimum of 10 people to pay. This includes children and adults who wish to attend the movie and receive the concession package. If you do not have 10 people but still want to have the party package, you will be charged for 10 people.
A private rental will have to rent out the entire auditorium for you and your guests only. A public birthday party is during a publicly attended showtime. We will reserve your seats in the auditorium when you pay your birthday deposit, and you have access to the private party room.
Good question! Any person staying for the movie and receiving the concession package will need to be paid for. It is at the discretion of the adult booking the party if they would like to pay for additional guests or not. In the past, invitations have been sent out with a drop-off and pick-up time if parents are not requested to stay with their children by the adult booking the party.
You can receive a full refund if you cancel your showing within 72 hours of booking, and if you make the cancellation at least two weeks in advance. However, if you cancel after 72 hours of booking or within two weeks of your private showing, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.

Anyone can have a birthday party at O’Neil! Movie ratings still apply to birthday parties. An adult over the age of 18 must stay in the party room with guests and be in attendance at the movie at all times.
The party room will have a birthday tablecloth, tables, and chairs. Guests are invited to bring in their own cake, candles, and tabletop decorations. Nothing can be taped or tacked to the walls. No balloons or confetti are allowed on the premises. We have printable invitations that can be found here.
