OC Loyalty Club FAQs
Can everyone in my family have a card?
Yes. Every member of your family can have a Loyalty rewards card. The minimum age requirement is 13 years of age.
Can I give my points to someone else?
No. You cannot give your points to someone else or combine points on multiple cards.
Do I earn points when I use a free admission ticket or purchase a loyalty card?
No. You are not awarded when a Loyalty Rewards card is presented with a free admission ticket
Do I still pay the online surcharge when purchasing tickets online?
Yes. The surcharge for tickets purchased online will not waived for Loyalty Rewards card members.
How do I change my personal information?
Log onto your online account and select “Edit Account”

How do I earn points?
- Earn one (1) point for every ticket purchased at the box office – maximum of four (4) points per day.
- Earn two (2) points for every $ 5.00 spent at the concession stand – maximum of four (4) points per day.
- Earn a total maximum of eight (8) points per day with your OC Loyalty card
- Program repeats after 120 points are reached
How do I replace a lost, damaged, or stolen card?

I have more than one card. Can I combine my cards together?
No. Loyalty Rewards cards cannot be combined.
What do I do if the theater is experiencing technical difficulties and can't accept my Loyalty card?
You should obtain your ticket stub and request a receipt for your concession purchase. During your next visit present these and your Loyalty card to the theater manager. He or she will make the adjustments necessary to your account.

Is the Free movie ticket valid for 3D films?
Yes. However, there is an additional surcharge for 3D films. Please check with your local O’neil Cinemas for the surcharge fee.
What happens if I lose my rewards voucher?
Present your card at the box office or concession stand. The cashier will reprint your voucher. If the voucher was lost it is possible for the finder to redeem the coupon. If the coupon has been redeemed you will not be entitled to a replacement.
Where and when do the rewards vouchers print?
The vouchers for these rewards are issued at the theater during the ticket purchase transaction.
What if I forget to present my card when making a purchase?

Do my rewards expire?
Yes. The expiration date is listed on your voucher.
