This Back-To-School season, celebrate a new fall look by bringing your haircut receipts (dated Aug/Sept 2017) to O’neil Cinemas for a $1 off your movie (now through Thursday, September 7, 2017).
In honor of this deal, we’re listing our favorite movie makeover reveals.
11. Jennifer Aniston in Just Go With It
Who would have thought that Aniston, one of the most glamorous actresses in the world, could use a makeover? But in this film, she plays a busy mother of two who plays the part of Adam Sandler’s fake ex (it’s complicated).
10. Anne Hathaway in The Devil Wears Prada
For the first part of the film, everyone treats Anne Hathaway’s Andie like she walks around wearing a garbage bag, so when she wows the meanest of them all, Emily (Emily Blunt), at the office, it’s as fitting as all of those couture clothes.
9. Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber
If there are two characters in all of cinema who need a makeover (and probably a do-over in school), it’s Harry and Lloyd. The scene where they get “ready for the ball” is hilarious, culminating in the two wearing Easter-egg-colored suits that turn everyone’s heads.
8. Nathan Lane in The Birdcage
Just in the nick of time, Nathan Lane’s Albert arrives as “Mrs. Coleman”, complete in wig and dress, to meet the parents of his son’s fiance.
7. Rachael Leigh Cook in She’s All That
Cue up the Sixpence None the Richer soundtrack and you’ve got the perfect movie makeover. (She just needs to work on walking down those stairs!)
6. Emma Stone in Easy A
Emma Stone’s Olive handles high school rumors and gossip with a confident strut through school.
5. Steve Carell in Crazy Stupid Love
Carell learns to be “better than the GAP” when Ryan Gosling agrees to help him woo women by dressing in more than just jeans and New Balance sneakers.
4. Bella Thorne in Blended
Bella Thorne’s character receives three different song reactions from her makeover, including the hilarious “It’s the End of the World” from her on-screen father, Adam Sandler.
3.Dan Stevens in Beauty and the Beast
When Belle (Emma Watson) reveals she loves the Beast, the curse gets lifted and the Beast returns to his human form – hunky Dan Stevens!
2. Mae Whitman in The Duff
Sometimes it’s not just the clothes and hair that need a makeover, but a whole new attitude as with the case of Bianca, aka The DUFF (designated ugly fat friend).
1. Sandy in Grease
Sandy (Olivia Newton John) enlists the Pink Ladies to help her change her look, culminating in “You’re the One That I Want” duet with Danny (John Travolta).
Have your own makeover moment at O’neil Cinemas. Bring your haircut receipts (dated Aug/Sept 2017) now thru Thursday, September 7, 2017.
